So heavy days the rep range to fail at 4-6 reps. Light days failing at 15-20 reps. I Always go to failure though, I don't believe in stopping short of maximal stimulation, no homo.

I can do 27 reps of 225 at 212 BWT at 47 yrs.old.Always been a decent bencher, not a freak, but decent.
I imagine your extremely short arms help.
It would be great if monster wrists were what it took to lift lots of weight in the bench because mine are 9". Sadly, there is no way I could hoist 500 lbs. on the bench for even one rep.
