he didnt ask for "all 'round"- as in ability to use all physical facets- although jordan would go close.
the gymnasts you show cannot kick a ball, or have not displayed any skills in terms of hand /eye coordination, plus the competition pool for them is far smaller than that of basketball for instance.
all you could really do is list the best in each sport, then argue what each sport represents.
BB doesnt use kicking for instance
NFL doesnt allow players to perform a whole bunch of skills- so its no good including that sport.
same for baseball...it excludes itself.
T&F could really only include the decathlon.
Soccer excludes itself for many reasons
gymnastics would be in, basketball would also, AFL and Gaelic football would be in, ice hockey also in, MMA arguably in also, pentathlon in also, water polo in, ..you get the idea..

probably some spear chucker in africa who spends his days running full speed bare footed amongst thorn bushes, must run jump and climb trees on a daily basis to escape lions, must swim across crocodile-infested rivers, throwing rocks and spears with extreme accuracy, takes hits from wild animals and has been in multiple fights to the death with other warriors.....all while taking in only 800 calories a day if hes lucky and no access to suppliments/drugs

It's not that hard being a great gymnast, even those "ghetto workout" dudes could do it , with the right training...so, if Rashad in the ghetto can compete with a Chinese gymnast, I'd say you'd need to sratch that from your list.

Now, the chinese, they are "manufactured" from a early age...if they eff up, that's something will be really felt...remember it is still a Communist country.
Furthermore, it's not a negro thing, it is a training thing, that is what seperates them, like what seperates you from actually being a Great MMA fighter...training

All gymnast do the same thing, and are judged, in a subjective manner...all those moves can be replicated, as they they always have, and always will be. What seprates the best from the res, is when they break thru and shit that has not been done, nor replicated.

What makes you think that? I'm a member of the Barbarians and Zef is probably the strongest current practitioner of what you call the "ghetto workout" and he is nowhere close to the strength of a world class gymnast, let alone the agility coordination or balance levels.

;) My grandfather had a stroke before I was born, he made it a priority to get better to see me born, then to see me walk. He had stroke before my sis was born---again his goal was to see her born and walk. He had a stroke before my brother was born, again the same goal. Now, I am 8 yrs older than my brother, 5 yrs older than my sister.
I know that your situation is different, but you are no piece of shit, once you have thought that, once you have voiced those words, then you have that mentality. That was what I was going on about on the other page

he didnt ask for "all 'round"- as in ability to use all physical facets- although jordan would go close.
the gymnasts you show cannot kick a ball, or have not displayed any skills in terms of hand /eye coordination, plus the competition pool for them is far smaller than that of basketball for instance.
all you could really do is list the best in each sport, then argue what each sport represents.
BB doesnt use kicking for instance
NFL doesnt allow players to perform a whole bunch of skills- so its no good including that sport.
same for baseball...it excludes itself.
T&F could really only include the decathlon.
Soccer excludes itself for many reasons
gymnastics would be in, basketball would also, AFL and Gaelic football would be in, ice hockey also in, MMA arguably in also, pentathlon in also, water polo in, ..you get the idea..
I don't think you can definitively say who the absolute best athlete is for all sports. It's like comparing apples and oranges.
