Serious Training Thread

Maybe we can post our workouts here rather than in the "I bet you didn't lift" thread.
That one grew legs and is used to go back and forth w/ Brian. I enjoy reading what other folks do in their routines.
Let's hope it doesn't turn into another "bash" thread.  :D

I'm rehabbing my left forearm so nothing exciting.

Same thing everyday more or less.

Superset
Overhead db extensions 60x30,70x25,80x20,90x17,100x14,110x11,120x8,130x6,140x4.

Weighted dips bw+90lbs 6 sets 10-20.
Superset
Chins 6 sets bw 12-6

Wrist curls 135 for 8 sets
Superset
Reverse wrist curls 65 for 8 sets

Walked 10 miles.

Tbh I don't reveal my routines but lately I've been training pretty much every other day and I do instinctive training, day 1 chest day 2 back day 3 shoulders day 4 legs day 5 arms, that's all I'm willing to share for now. I never train for more than 35 minutes

Did my TUE Grape/SC/Krank "Starter-Kit" this AM.

Treadmill - 10 mins
Bike - 10 mins
Condition (below) - 10 mins

2 rounds / 5 min each (10 mins):

   - Concept Rower - 1 min
   - Kettlebell Swings - 1 min
   - Spin Bike - 1 min
   - Battle Rope - 1 min
   - Sled Pull (backward) - 1 min

Repeated this ^ After 1 minute rest

Misc
Precor Lat-Machine - 2 sets
Rotary Calf - 2 sets
Shoulder Press machine - 2 sets
Rear Delt machine - 2 sets

Cable preacher curls: 4 sets

Rope slams supersetted with airdyne bike: 5 rounds

Treadmill: 15 minutes

And I just ate skinless chicken, brussel sprouts, asparagus, stringbeans, and zucchini with a side of blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries.

Nice. And cool (incorporating the food component here as well). You seem to eat very clean.
I always tend to get loose with diet here from Thanksgiving to Xmas. Trying not to do it too much this year. (Except for SUN's, I tend to eat whatever).

I recently got a set of rings and hung them from my rack. Harder to do certain things (stabilizers) like pullups.
And Ive been doing (some) ring pushups (w/ feet on bench). - When the shoulder pain allows me.

Damn, that's a solid old school meat and potatoes arm workout and some serious weights too.
I also like alternating movements for opposing muscle and I'm going to give this a try next arm day

How long does it take you to walk those ten miles.  I'm guessing at least 2 and half hours?

Yeah that is my favorite arm workout right now, prob my favorite all time for producing size fast.

10 miles for me is about 2.5 hours on average. Somes days I can do it in 135 minutes some days 165 minutes but 150 minutes is average.
