Started a new program this past week.
Week one of these things usually tests 2/3 or 5 rep maxes to build the working poundages to be used in subsequent weeks.
Day one had 2 rep squat, followed by the dreaded 2 rep zercher.
Then, it was 8 rounds, every 2 min of 15 sec max wall ball (about 10 for me) then 30 sec iso hold at parallel squat.
The next day was DL, followed by a conditioning circuit that called for goblet squats......my legs said "nope".....so I've decided to do two weeks of lighter weight work and running to see if it fixes this.
