Off-day from lifting:
Did my TUE Grape/SC/Krank "Starter-Kit" this AM.
Treadmill - 10 mins
Bike - 10 mins
Condition (below) - 10 mins
2 rounds / 5 min each (10 mins):
- Concept Rower - 1 min
- Kettlebell Swings - 1 min
- Spin Bike - 1 min
- Battle Rope - 1 min
- Sled Pull (backward) - 1 min
Repeated this ^ After 1 minute rest

Misc
Precor Lat-Machine - 2 sets
Rotary Calf - 2 sets
Shoulder Press machine - 2 sets
Rear Delt machine - 2 sets
Cook:
