I am not a gun guy but I own a Beretta APX and I enjoy shooting it.
Have you considered throwing it in the trash?Bench
I’m looking to start a collection and I need the following but when I start to Google I get overwhelmed with different manufactures, models and cost is all over. Here is what I want. 1. AR-15 type rifle2. Shotgun. Preferable a magazine fed 12 shell capacity type. Like the RIA VR 1003. Long range 308 type rifle 4. Handgun. I do have beefy hands so something big and comfy without too much recoil. I’m aiming for about $3-5K Max for all. Thanks.
What gun killed Scotty? A Glock?
Beast episode!
Some good info here. I noticed scopes cost a ton. There is a big gun show in March (no hanky is not holding a show) so it will be nice. For those of you with a suppressor on you AR. Do you find it effective?
Thanks Bench. Me starting to think I’ve seen your gun vids on YouTube.
What's your gripe with Beretta?
I was an agency armorer at one point where they allowed berettas..the failure rate was amazing..especially the 92f in regards to the locking block..for reference I’ve never seen a locking block failure in a sig P320 or any glock..I’d fix sometimes 20 a month in berettas Bench
Optics are expensive..but a magnified optic should always cost as much as the rifle or more
I just got the primary arms platinum 1-8 optic..had one for months that I had for test an evaluation and ended up buying my own..it’s a $1500 scope(I didn’t pay full price) but even at $1500 it would’ve been the cheapest optic I’ve gotten since 2010.Optics are expensive..but a magnified optic should always cost as much as the rifle or moreBench
I picked up a cheap ass $200 no brand scope that has been sodomized and has kept ticking. Gotta be better than bouncing around a 2k Trijicon.
I’ve bounced around $5500 S&Bs..the more you spend on an optic the less you nanny it because you know it can take itBench
Yeah, I'm not slappin around a 5k+ scope.
