Dante just gets a big ::) from me every time he would go off on his permabulking nonsense. Yeah just do 350mg test, rinse your ground beef, eat 2g/lb of bodyweight and you too can achieve pro bber size.
I used to love reading Paul Carter’s stuff, haven’t followed him for like 10 years now so I don’t know what kinda nonsense he’s pushing. The pullovers he would recommend are still a great tricep exercise though
