Why do you even get that fat in the first place? I mean, 22 % bf wtf, I couldn't even get that fat if I wanted.
Do you stop lifting completely as well? How can a guy who lifts on a regular basis get to 22 % bf?
This is very simple. I went from around 12% and somewhat muscular to 12% and very small (HRT dose) in a matter of 3 months then to around 18% and bloated in a matter of 3 months.
There are some drugs which in my experience work best when you eat ton of food. On dianabol and test I gain a lot of strength when eating ton of food. Yes I do get fat but so what.
There are drugs which make you able to gain a lot of strength without huge caloric surplus but they have side effects that are less bearable.
Without drugs this is a fucking joke, I could train just as much as I do right now and get to 25% bf in a matter of 3 months if I lowered the dose to HRT and ate as much as I do right now.
