I don't think he uses anything beyond some moderate dosages of test, tren, and deca. You don't need much more than 750 mg a week in total to get to that level, and if you disagree, you must have the shittiest genetics or work ethic.

stomach doesnt distend that much with simple anabolics. usually growth hormone are the culprit, and IGF-1 is even more likely to do that.
if you disagree look at every other pro bodybuilder with a gut.
they don't all have one, but notice the ones that "get big fast". notice how they all have huge guts that weren't there before.
Gustavo, Kai is starting too, DJ few years back etc. list is VERY long...and it's all with guys who made big leaps in size.
what do you think did it???
it's not the oatmeal and egg-whites that do that.

3) Compete 3 times like i did, starting at 19yrs old, while in school, and holding 2 jobs.

Darren keeps excellent condition even off season, and in the few weeks he'd been following the above plan, he hadn't gained any weight. I therefore felt there was considerable room to increase his portions, particularly of starchy carb foods. This is his current regimen (as per 13/01/09):

Working with Daz Ball at the UKBFF Finals 2009

This is not a write up of the Finals; for that please see the live report which we covered in depth. For the results, please see here. This is a report aimed at providing an insight as to how much is put into preparing for a national level bodybuilding competition and the stresses that can arise at the last minute.
From Team MuscleTalk we had three guys competing in the UKBFF Finals 2009: Ricardo Correia in the Middleweights, Luke Nichols in the Heavyweights, and the Mighty Daz Ball in the Superheavyweights. All three, of course, had their goal set on winning their class, but Daz is a very high profile bodybuilder in the UK and was one of the favourites to win the overall and be awarded the highly sought after IFBB Pro Card.
Daz is the most motivated bodybuilder you will ever meet. "That's a strong claim, James!" I hear you say. Yes it is, and it's not a claim I make lightly. 209 - Alvin Small, not as crisp as he should be. Massive legs and a back like a barn door...A bit flat, out of the running i feel and his face says it too.
210 Stuart Core, big build, needs more conditioning to push for top 3.

Lighting makes all the difference, kitchen lighting or any extreme contrast lightling from a single bulb above with lots of shadows really does not indicate what someone will look like onstage. Hence Titus, Kamali etc all used to pose in their kitchen then get onstage holding water or looking flat or whatever blah blah.
Increased shadows= exaggerated sense of rippedness.

He would probably look a lot better 20+ pounds lighter, and most of that in his gut no less.
