Why do we not care that the sports we watch are not REMOTELY fair in their racial makeup?? Why shouldn't there be more whites in the NBA???
WHY is it unacceptable to say "White men dominate front offices because they tend to be the most talented"..

BUT - totally acceptable (and not racist at all) to say " Black men dominate the make up of the NBA players because they tend to be the most talented"...

So - telling a white kid that he should "accept" that the sport that he so passionately loves is probably out of his reach PRIMARILY because of the genetic racial card he was dealt - is OK???

Arnold was very right when he said 95% of men need to be told what to do.. Fucking sad - but true.. This is why the big decisions SHOULD be left up to GOOD wealthy men and women. Good ones have acquired wealth through intelligence and making wise decisions.. There is nothing noble about allowing dumb men to vote.. WHY would it make sense to let poor men vote on financial matters?? That's assinine... But it "feels good" to say that the rich are bad !! It also allows intelligent men to enslave entire groups of people..

One of the largest sites on earth. Millions and millions of users around the globe. That's a streamlined organisation of 3900 to keep it going. Imagine just the support staff to help users... Or the strategists that has to think up ideas of how to stay relevant in the rapid paced internet business where snapchat and instagram are just eating them up.

Well, those arguments make sense, but it's still a lot and -AFAIK- they're still not profitable, but the same goes prob for Snap & Insta. FB seems an exception, but for how long...?

I totally agree with your last paragraph, kind of same thing as allowing non scientists or non phds in the field, to vote on scientific matters. Joe plumber or ronnie the church goer thinks he understands fossil fuel consumption and mercury fall out by product or rising sea levels..lol

On 25 years of software development, I've met exactly one black guy that could code. And he was really good. He left engineering to pursue a career in retail clothing management. To this day, I have lunch with him once a year and still bitch at him for leaving engineering.

I worked with a few blacks in Engineering and they were always the weakest. However, you'd just nod and be polite when they'd give their opinion. How often do you see good black developers? Rarely...their brains (in general) aren't up to the task. Racist or not, it's the truth.
