Exactly zero successful bodybuilders start their day with biscuits and sausage 😂

I know a guy who may be like Brian. He has severe stomach issues. He eats like a hog, and shits liquid 24x7.
He's ripped to shreds with basically zero fat. I dont think his body absorbs anything.

Trump is now probably the Deep State choice actually.

The Coach already proved the last election was fake. Hammer and the scorecard, remember? At least 50% of the votes for Biden were fake.

But Trump might win this time because he's the Deep State choice now it appears. Trumps support for Israel really is ironclad, and you know who decides elections...

Some of this post may be a a joke, some of it may be "real"

I feel it in the lats, chest, and triceps.
Yes i know you´re old school IroNat  ;D  Hits Triceps very well as you wrote.
I also started doing pullover & press with a barbell after seeing Rich Gaspari do them back in the day.
More of a finishing off exercise but really hits triceps, lats, chest

try carnivore diet
simply eliminate carbs and then eat what you like

Easiest diet to follow, if it comes from an animal you can eat it
