For too long I have been focusing too much on the details. Getting the perfect split, the perfect number of sets and reps for each individual muscle. Mon: Body muscle-w/u, 20x135, 10x 225, 8x275, 6x315, dropset
Abs-3 sets
Cardio-30 min
Tues-Sun: repeat mondays routine
The key is to maintain perfect form! And think about the big picture.
