Dentists always told me I should but I do it more like twice a week.
Anyone do it every day?
-
I do.
-
I do...but then I am OC on some things, this being one of them...
-
Every single day, morning toothbrushing + Listerine, evening toothbrushing + floss + Listerine. After meals chewing gum or Listerine.
-
EVERY night b4 bed. Floss then brush.
Morning brush only.
Flossing is more important than brushing if u could only choose one. U fellas that don't floss have the breath like a horse ass. Guaranteed.
-
After every meal. ;D
-
fuck no, if it makes your mouth bleed, its not good for your mouth.
-
Team Nasser use soiled thongs bought from their hero to floss with.
-
Try one of these (reach access flosser)
best thing i ever bought!
and yea i use it every day
-

A healthy mouth doesn't bleed, just a sore one.
Most people who don't floss have a sore mouth yr round anyway, without even knowing it.

bullshit, not mine, it just injures them.
i jsut brush properly using electric toothbrush, and use strong antiseptic mouthwash..havent been to the dentist in 2 years now and my gums and teeth feel much better now than they did when i went to get routine cleanings (aka getting gums hacked apart with metal hooks)

I brush after ever meal but almost never floss; I waterpik instead. My dentist recommended it… When used correctly and regularly, the Waterpik is better than flossing because it can reach under the gumline of all your teeth! My dental hygienist says if you Waterpik regularly, you don’t need to floss. Though I do have floss in my bathroom and use it on rare occasions when I feel like I need to because something stubborn is stuck between a pair of teeth.
I have a Platinum model in my bathroom and keep a portable/travel one in my office. When I go out of town, I bring the travel one with me. The Platinum model is really good because you can adjust the power of the water jet. Turn up the power to get deep between teeth and reduce the power for teeth and gums that are easier to reach or more sensitive. ;D

Yes. Especially if you get one that has a nob to let you adjust the power of the jet. When turned all the way up you can use it as weapon. Yikes... but at mid level you can clean between teeth and under the gum line. Just fill the reservoir with warm water; you can cut the water with your favorite mouthwash if you like. I actually enjoy using this product. It's a much better option than flossing day to day.

Um, it's only $42.97 at Amazon.com. Hardly an expensive indulgence. I got mine at Bed Bath and Beyond. Stores like Target have them as well.
If I had money, I'd be sleeping on that $800 pillow! :P

Where can that be bought at?? ??? ??? What is the benefit of a $800 Pillow?

I brush in the morning then as needed afterward. Usually 3-4 times a day. I can't stand having a rancid mouth. Sometimes I brush a few more times with just water pretty much and go lightly to freshen up. Developed obsessive compulsive habits after having braces for 33 months.
I don't floss too much but I have a pick that I use to meticulously clean my teeth. I only floss for the sake of my gums and the little parts that I can't reach. But the floss comes back pretty damn clean. Dentist and hygienist always comment on how I've got such meticulous dental habits. Always in and out in a breeze, I'm almost saddened that they don't poke around for longer considering how much that shit costs.

I think oral health is extremely important and it is one of the first things I notice on a dude. Good teeth = get on over here. Bad teeth = don't even think about it. :-X
I keep a toothbrush, portable waterpik, and mouth wash in my office at work. ;D
-
flossy.....flossy.......
-
I use a waterpik myself. It's to dangerous for me to floss, cause i have a cap that falls out especially easy.
Morning: Peroxide, Brush
Night: Waterpik, Brush
Sometimes ill use the waterpik twice a day...
People that brush like after every meal have OCD, and that's not much fun.

Maybe your hygienist could teach you the correct way to floss. Bleeding gums are often the sign of gum disease. Do you use a soft bristle brush?
-
I do it 3 to 5 times a day. Dentek is the best. Really good when you get them free
