Well, if you weren't dumbass fucking retard, you would ask from yourself, why that 14 year old was fleeing from the police who was running after him with the Taser? Did the police chase the criminal, or try to give her a little sunshine Award? Also 14 year olds do stabbings, gun and drug crimes, so there has to be a reason why police were after her. Her mother bring her to the station and before she could tell police what is the matter, girl flee and police went after her and told her to stop or he will use Taser.
