For years there was a photo in Gold's Gym Venice of some dudes neck. The picture was right by the door as you walked in and it showed a 'front shot & a 'rear shot'. Word was, the dudes neck was 22 5/8" and his head was 22 3/8". It was a pretty crazy photo.
The posted phot of Joe Ladnier is crazier.

I agree. as far as powerlifting goes.
neck should be close to the same size as arms, maybe a bit smaller. also, the Steiner bros had necks like fire hydrants, good thickness and not fat like most powerlifters.

Ex-Narcotics Agent and Powerlifter Joe Ladnier Faces Drug Charges
A former South Mississippi law enforcement officer turned power lifter and personal trainer was out of jail on $50,000 bond Monday following his arrest on a drug charge, according to Marshall Fisher, director of the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics.
Fisher said MBN agents and other state and federal authorities assisted in the arrest of Joseph “Joe” Edwin Ladnier, 45, at his home on Overlook Road in the Vancleave community Friday.
Fisher said agents went to the home armed with a search warrant and seized 1,000 dosage units of anabolic steroids, a Schedule 3 narcotic.

I'd like to hear as well. I use bands for everything except the lying down plate on the forehead exercise but my results are nothing to write home about.
