He was only in the upper card because of Luger and DDP kept pushing him onto Bischoff.   No one else liked him and didn't want to work with him because he had a habit of crying and throwing tantrums when it was his turn to job.  Flair absolutely detested him.  Both professionally and personally.  Quite a few of the other wrestlers that trained at Main Event didn't have anything good to say about him either.
