when I got my CSCS I found some people around my area that had it - 2 people - both overweight and had no knowledge of nutrition whatsoever - most didnt even train
why would I was some text book savvy fatass telling me what to do - most people just want motivation - or some hot piece to workout with and get away from the spouse for an hour
