they would be better off doing more house work, or

helping the wife or girlfriend wich would come back in good karma in the form of bigger tits or bigger ass or she could get skinnier if you prefer that. im a beleiver if you treat your lady right her body starts forming the way you want it to

How long to you rest in between sets? ' Oh no more than 30 seconds '  ::)

It's like when a guy gets pulled over for DUI and the cop asks how many drinks have you had and the default answer is oh just 2

Yep...Always tell the cop no drinks at all. That you don't drink because you're getting ready to do a bodybuilding show.

if you rest more than 30 seconds in between lifts then you are wasting time. more likely you rest for 30 seconds your first set
then 1 minte for the second set
and then you average 4-7 minites of rest between sets

when this starts happening its time to give up your gym membershit and add some kelp and start doing more housework

past experience tells me that they usually just get fatter. not that that's necessarily a bad thing if your lady with curves. but, with the flab usually comes bigger tits, so get treating her right with a large, meat feast pizza for starters

I go by feel, compound movements I spend 3-5 minutes resting. Isolation work, 1-2 minutes.

Only rest should be walking from one lift to the other

I don't rush from one set to the next.  I'm trying to get strong and build muscle not increase my cardio capacity.

I actually did the 30 seconds of rest, and still do every other workout. When you actually time it, 30 seconds isn't that much time when you adhere to that amount of rest. Also makes you weaker that work out.

I thought the first Star Trek movie was better than Star Trek Into Darkness. However, having said that I still like Star Trek Into Darkness a lot. Thank you getbiggers for your time.

Sounds good maybe a classic Betty Weider look, since you like the big booty keep feeding her beans and rice man.

Being an insecure socially awkward bodybuilder I get bored and uncomfortable between sets so its usually less than a minute

it depends on the part you are training.. with smaller parts yes 30 seconds are sometimes more than enough.. also it depends on the body nature of each individual.. long rests for me are very boring.. i take them only before a very heavy bench press or deadlifts or squats.. other than these anything around 30 seconds is good for me..
