which kinds of diet soda has the most caffeine?


And is it true that diet soda has twice the caffeine of the real stuff? thanks

Pepsi has a bit more than coke, but unless you rarely consume caffeine, its a negligible difference.  Even the difference between mountain dew/mellow yellow and colas is pretty negligible. 

No, it's not true that diet has more caffeine than regular.

Want caffeine?  Drink espresso.  It has the most caffeine per serving than any other drink.

Diet Mt. Dew I believe, but as mentioned its a small difference, @ 10-20mg of caffeine between that and other diet drinks.

most have the same amount.  Mt Dew is a bit higher.  So unless Jolt makes a diet soda you can pick any of them.  Also when it comes to espresso yes per volume it has a lot of caffien, but the amount most drink it doesn't add up as much as the large cups of coffee most drink.

mt dew is the highest easy of any normal cola;s.  i thought it was like 3 times more than coke, maybe not tho

Diet soft drinks from some of the manufacturers now come in non-caffeine versions.I know that Pepsi & Coka Cola have no caffeine diet versions of their products but I don't know about any of the other companies.

Are you trying to weed out caffeine or trying to get the most bang for your buck? If the latter....drink a 16 oz bottle of water and down 2 Lipo 6's

If you are trying to weed out caffeine, stick with all your clear sodas like 7up and Sprite...

I don't know if you can consider Red Bull a soda but it has more caffeine than the ones you mentioned.

soda (anything carbonated) is gonna hinder protien assimilation onto your system so looking for a pre workout blast of energy your best bet is gonna be coffee or even  iced tea for that matter

i think that is a myth......i think it's a negligible amount of hinderance.

That's the word from the kids who runs the local LAN parties around here too.

Dunno if Jolt comes in a diet version though 240.

Some people are suggesting to staying away from chemical sweeteners like aspartam, only use Splenda (sucralose). I'm starting to consider this, you know, almost about to get on the bio-food craze :-[
