Pepsi has a bit more than coke, but unless you rarely consume caffeine, its a negligible difference. Even the difference between mountain dew/mellow yellow and colas is pretty negligible.

soda (anything carbonated) is gonna hinder protien assimilation onto your system so looking for a pre workout blast of energy your best bet is gonna be coffee or even iced tea for that matter
