Title: Piana vs Palumbo

No definition what so ever on him and a few other guys. Polumbo on the other hand is defined in the oblique but looks like utter shit, actually worse than shit. Like maybe shit took a shit and Polumbo is the byproduct. Anyway , I’m sure it’s been posted before so TITANIC SUNK , LINCOLN SHOT!! And VISSY DUMPS GOODRUM!!!!

He had an exceptionally wide physique, but his back seemed to suffer with all the pmma in his delts and arms. Likely affected his ability to pull with his "back". Hell, now that I write this I recall him mentioning that he thought his back was weak.. I believe when he filmed a training video with Paulo... Whereas in this vid his back is actually very good.

Rich on the other hand, did very little walking around, was mostly driving his car at night looking for the right ice cream flavor, for that a big physique is pretty pointless.
