Piana vs Palumbo

Piano actually looked like he had potential here but it looks like something funny is going on with his obliques. No definition what so ever on him and a few other guys.  Polumbo on the other hand is defined in the oblique but looks like utter shit, actually worse than shit.  Like maybe shit took a shit and Polumbo is the byproduct.  Anyway , I’m sure it’s been posted before so TITANIC SUNK , LINCOLN SHOT!! And VISSY DUMPS GOODRUM!!!!

anyway, they're members of my tribe and supremacy is shown by intolerance of minorities and how many girls you know named "lisa" (nobody names their kids "rosemarie" anymore btw)

Everybody forgets that Rich was actually a big dude prior to the "body modification" stuff he did when he quit competing. He had an exceptionally wide physique, but his back seemed to suffer with all the pmma in his delts and arms. Likely affected his ability to pull with his "back". Hell, now that I write this I recall him mentioning that he thought his back was weak.. I believe when he filmed a training video with Paulo... Whereas in this vid his back is actually very good.

Poor Palumbo. Pretty bad shape and non-existent flow, had size and grainy conditioning but couldn't change his genetics. Meanwhile Rich looked promising, pre-oil.

Palumbo was living the life. Walking around looking big in a shirt all year round, who cares what he looked like for 30 seconds on stage.

Rich on the other hand, did very little walking around, was mostly driving his car at night looking for the right ice cream flavor, for that a big physique is pretty pointless.

Days must be longer out there then. Trained 2x a day, cardio 2x a day, 12 meals and 5 sleeps of 1-3 hours...
