Wide-grip lat pulldowns (warm up) - 2 light sets
Wide grip chinups (up to about the nose level) - 2 sets
Barbell rows (2 sets overhand grip, 2 sets underhand)
One-arm dumbell rows - 2 sets
Barbell shrugs - 4 working sets
Cambered bar curls - 3 working sets
Dumbell preacher curls - 2 working sets

i got hella drunk saturday night while cooking some briskets in the yard. i woke up in my garage this morning still drunk, with my buddy courtney asleep on my legs!!!!!! it has passed now, but i feel like shit. at least my friends said i had a great time last night. which is good cause i dont remember shit ;D

nothing wrong with using straps. the biggest strongest guy i know once told me "dont let your grip strength limit the strength of the rest of your body". hell, i have skipped back day a few times because i left my straps at home!!

flat bench-10 sets and i added 2 reps to my 1 rep max from last week
machine incline 3 sets of total max rest pause style

rope ext 2 times
v bar ext 2 times
pushdowns 2 times

all triceps done dorian yates style, but without the muscle terring

going to run 3 miles tonight.
