Could you imagine the budget, size, and scope of such a regulatory body? Theyd have to monitor every corner of the net. Holy shit.

yeah, probably 15 mil if you ask me.   Just that 9 mil to start.

Rush talked about the printing company being asked (by the white house) if they'd be able to do 9 million green cards.  This was Rush on thursday.  It was from the ad.  And they needed 34 million over hte next few years.
