Actually most men don't know where their waist is LOL. Most men measure their waists below their guts, but the actual waist is measured below the belly button. You actually have your pants at your waist where as most men wear their pants at their hips. That's why most men say, "yeah, my waist size is 36." LOL, measure them at the correct spot and that number can go up 10 inches. Get a custom suit made and they won't measure you waist at your hips. That said, you're wearing your pants correctly. Most men wear under their guts so they can buy a smaller size pant.

Your style is VERY Egyptian.
I've met a good number of Egyptian men in my lifetime and the vast majority of them dressed just as you do.
Everything from the belt that could be a little thicker, to the polo shirt, the Casio rubber watch, to even the nicely pressed khaki pants screams Egyptian wardrobe!
I would pick a larger shirt (XXL & consider picking a button down, long sleeve, black dress shirt) and possibly put on a pair of black slacks.
You're still a cutie, so I wouldn't worry too much about it. Consider having your wife dress you, a woman's eye tends to be a little more useful when picking out day-to-day attire.

Those houses you've posted are not what most would consider typical egyptian homes. In general Egyptians like very classic looking furniture... lots of gold, lots tackiness in my opinion. My wife and I are more on the modern side of things!
