No, I don't even know where to get a smoothie around here, except for the mall. I joined a serious gym, complete with juiceheads, chalk everywhere and people training their legs lol. I spend most of my time chuckling to myself.

BTW you would dig Koloseum, we have an awesome selection of smoothies made to order with fresh fruit. 8)

Started all kettlebell/strongman training this month, should drop a few pounds.


Maybe I can get some diet/exercise advice from newmom on how to shrink down to skinny twink status?

MMMM, fresh smoothies, sounds like a Utopia. I can't find a decent smoothie to save my life :(
