Honestly ever since I joined Get Big I have become so much more Alpha.

Like in the gym today this chick comes and ask's when I would be done with the squat rack??

I told her I would let her know when I finished (she was quite fit too) and that I had 5 sets left.

Anyway when I finished the workout and left gym I saw her and said "goodbye"

Would have never done that before.

Definitely becoming more Alpha!

I feel similar. Since I came to getbig, the rest of you homos have been more alpha  :D

KFC is a lot of saturated fat, which digests slowly and is quickly turned into fat if you're not using the calories or ketogenic
so honestly, I'd avoid it
one piece has about 400kcal
you're just gonna eat one?
nah
stick with something that goes down slowly, like a large bowl of cereal
Wrong.

Fuck off, I dont spot anybody, I dont move weights for anybody and I very rarely even talk to anybody in the gym I go to.
People just dont ask or approach me, I put in my earphones and just train.
I am on nodding terms with around 3 or 4 people tops.
One big titted attention whore occasionally walks around the gym from side to side in order to use the equipment and she does idiotic giant sets that hinge on the distance the equipment is away from each other rather than the body part worked.
Guys stare and ogle her all the time I just ignore her, must really get her goat.
cool man
you and 3 other guys in the country have principles and aren't horny idiots
that's really
awesome

Wrong.
I'm going to basically ignore you from now on because your posts essentially consist of
a) following the thetrueadonis around
b) replying to all my posts and begging me for attention by disagreeing with everything I write
so, bye

No worries, use this next time before you guess at KFCs calorie content.

What's wrong with giant sets, I think they work well (for me anyway!)
Nothing. High volume sets are what build muscle, or in the case of being leaning down, keep as much of it on your frame as possible.

Bro read my post I calculated all the macro's there from their site.
Yes, but you did it based on your TDEE
which is an estimate at best, even with the calculators offered on the websites
gal told you to avoid BMR/TDEE
and just focus on having enough deficit to lose weight
while eating enough not to pass out
you're not on the sauce yet, you're gonna be hurting for 3 days after a meal like that

Ok I think I understand what you are saying now, so pretty much eat as little a possible to be able to be semi starved for as long as possible.

I like that a lot actually will give that ago.

Thanks

Aye
because eating that many calories after being in a half-starved state
makes your body automatically store 100% of them as fat
no question about it
it's what fasting does if you abruptly step out of it

making stuff up again FFS.
You can eat as much as you like in a day as long as you dont do it again for the next couple of days you wont get fat.
After fasting your body wont be ready for all that food and will likely reject it and shit it all out.

Based on my experience of it, both of you have valid points but missing the critical factor which is sugar/insulin response.

What I found (based on previous experience) is that if I starve myself for say 2-3 days and have a huge binge (5000 calories or so) if I eat lots of simple sugars i.e. coke/chocolate along with the binge/no question I get fat next day ASAP.

BUT if I binge (say on Chinese food) and have rice/duck or anything with complex carb and protein/even high fat I won't get fat at all.

My theory is that the sugar/insulin is what pushes everything and determines how fat you get.

This my experience.

Its water retention and bloat, its not fat.

Both in my opinion but then again I might not be normal cos I probably might have issues with insulin.
Nah, it's fat and water. Probably about 70/30, if you're insulin sensitive.

You don't gain 5lbs of fat, but you will gain some because the body holds onto calories when it's been deprived of them. It's why all doctors/dietitians tell you not to binge after you've just been on a strict diet, but to ease into it. As gal said, one cake and his stomach pops out (when he's natty).

Thats so you dont make yourself ill, not because you get fat.
And Gals stomach doesnt pop out because its fat, stop misquoting people.
