Honestly, I think my upper body regressed but with my shoulder its an up and down thing. I progress then have to regress due to tweaking it. Legs made improvements but still not anywhere near where I want them. These last two months have been shit for me with personal issues and work. Now im working graveyard trying to get used to the schedule so I can find more,gym time. I was doing good about 3 months ago but now I'm back to skinny fat.
Basically, now, still skinny fat. I think I just need to say fuck it, train hard and start needling ffs.
