Title: According to IFBB, should Kai get suspended for doing porns?

I just finished the book Brothers of Iron by Weider brothers. In the chapter of Oscar's golden key, according to Ben Weider (2006),

     Unfortunately, though, Serge was his own enemy. I learned that he was appearing in hardcore pornographic films, which generated negative publicity for our sport in France and French-speaking nations around the world.Just then, we were trying to get the recognition and support of France's National Olympic Committee, so the timing could not have been worse. In Pretoria, this matter came up at a meeting of our executive council, where Serge presented his case.

     ... I told him the matter would be dropped if he apologized and promised not to appear in pornographic productions again. Serge, an extremely stubborn man, refused the offer, and, therefore, the executive council was obliged to suspend him from the IFBB for one year. (pp.221-222)

So if some kind of rule still exists, should the IFBB suspend Kai and other pros who did porns for one year?
