I'm not the biggest Phil fan, but there is no denying he's a great bodybuilder. If Flex Wheeler could have achieved a semblance of the conditioning that Phil does, he's have a few sandows.

Flex nailed his conditioning at the 93 Arnold and 98 Arnold, he never did for any Olympia! That's why he has no Sandows!

No, they look big because of his huge triceps---specifically the lateral and long heads that make up the "horseshoe". He has long biceps (insert more to the elbow) so his bicep peaks are not high.

Wolf has a weak looking midsection and Kai looks like a fuckin weirdo. Phil is just as good as either of them and he acts like Mr Olympia. These things don't matter, but they matter. Kai will never win, and wolf just won't ever be good enough.

Not a fan of Phil but he won the Olympia fair and square this year.

If he stays in the same sort of shape and stays injury free then I predict at least three more relatively comfortable Olympia wins and by then he'll only be 36 so who knows, possibly Haney's record?

The only reason people go crazy for Phil is arms that's it
Even Dorian wondered how Phil has gotten away with having a mediocre chest for a pro he just is not balanced...
