Where is your strict curl "world record" listed at SCN? Exactly.

I posted the video showing me curling 75 kilos with 2 white lights in competition. SCN keeps a list of tested records. I was not competing as a tested athlete. Doesn't change the fact I strict curled 75 kilos in competition with 2 white lights. I did curl more than their listed tested record for my age group and weight. They were not clear that their records were only tested and they actually changed their bylaws after Jeff harassed them and no longer even have a non tested division.

Regardless I proved my strength. I held myself accountable. None of you have any accountability. You don't hold yourself to any standardized testing ever. No pics, no lifts, no competitions, not even once a year nothing just yap yap yap

I’m on well but have a whole house RO system which is great and all for water quality, but my plumbing is plastic as well as the 500 gallon tank holding the water. Then I fill up a stainless steel gallon jug, but the top is plastic. Can’t get away from plastic entirely which sucks. I firmly believe plastic and Getbig has made me gayer over the years.

Which part of the trip to see Dr. Hamburger chest is going to be most troubling from an Agoraphobia standpoint?  Walking through the airport?  Waiting for the flight worrying about delays?

I would guess being crammed into those seats in coach class.

Bhanky might be flying first class though.

No you can't do that either. You can't even bench 275lbs stop it. You don't want to prove yourself on stage but you were also unwilling to prove yourself under the bar. You don't get any credit for either.

That is the problem around here 0 accountability. You all want to talk shit about how you are in great shape but don't want to step on stage for 10 minutes. Then you want to say you are strong but don't want to participate in the getbig lifting events for 1 minute or enter any sanctioned lifting meets. If you are so strong let's see you bench 275lbs

All everyone does around here is yap yap yap if you want to claim you are strong enter a lifting contest post a fucking lift. If you want to claim you are in shape post a pic enter a show get a win. Nope you are all just a bunch of lazy bitches who would rather yap yap yap and then tell each other how great you are and how great you would do fucking do it already then

Doesn't support your statement.

You started taking your drugs/hormones/etc in your early 20's.  Lets not bullshit around and say that you did it because of some fertility issue.

Fertility also is not equated to muscle building. 

Point is...you statement about "ancestors" is not relevant.  Our "ancestors" didn't give a fuck about being as big and lean as possible.   They never spouted off about titanium knees or "being in shape".

Not true, my original interest had nothing to do with muscle growth you guys still don't get it. My interest is in the anti-inflammatory properties for joint protection. If I could get no inflammation and no muscle growth I would gladly take it. HGH is not going to make my legs bigger. It will however put more fluid in the joints and reduce inflammation allowing me to train.

I consider my current interest to be more anti aging than anything else. Its not about getting big it is about being able to move and bend with strength and energy. I want to be able to pop off a jump snowboarding. I want to be able to ride a bike up a mountain. In order to do those things I need strong healthy knees. When training for strength and mobility you do get a little bigger but that is not the goal in it of itself.

1 leg calf raises - 21 sets of 12-15 reps each leg (sets alternated with other exercises including warm up sets)
Behind neck press standing - 12,12,12
Barbell row - 12,12,12
Flat bench press - 12,11,10
Upright row - 12,12,11
Plate curls - 3 high rep sets
Hack deadlift - 12,12,12

Even more true for naturals. Natties who bulk up just get fat and just shrink down to a smaller fat person when they cut.

I did it ONE time.  I was told to "bulk up".   One day I weighed myself and I was a fat ass 230lbs.   The prep for that show was the worst.  Told myself never again.  Always stayed relatively lean.
