I can.
i want to know wtf is up with people calling out for videos of some ordinary lifts with regular old weights? i mean really..ya'll gotta be some highschool jv swim team mother fuckers to not move some of this stuff...either that or you just dont know how to train and eat right...225 and even 250 on seated presses are STAPLE in decent shoulder workouts...give it a rest.i'm permitted one meltdown a month right? hey if chicks can do it then why can't i?
I haven't been in a gym to train for over a month now since getting kicked out. Last week I was in Hilo at the gym we are doing over there. There was 225 in the power rack. I was sitting on the bench talking to the guys and leaning against the bar while talking. One of the guys asked me if I coudl do that. I said I should but I haven't lifted in a month. I ws doing an easy 10 to 15 reps with 225 before getting kicked out so I figured I should be able to do this at least once. So I tried it. And all I could get was one. If I wanted toblow a nut I could have done 2. I can't believe how weak I got in such a short time. Unreal. I will be starting from square one again once I get back.
im much better/stronger at dumbs. i really want to bring up my barbell military press. I always do them seated, i've never tried standing.
Maybe because in the new gym they actually had some real plates.
You're wrong here Alexxx. Onlyme is no stranger to weights
that video of Alex23 "military pressing" was the funniest thing i've ever seen, epic high incline quarter reps.
HAHAHAHAHAHWhere can I find this Gem of a video?
i consider anything over 185 for 6 for FULL REPS, and that means all the way down below the chin and up to fully locked out to be impressive for a natural.
What if they are 250 pounds? Thats not that strong.
obviously i mean a TOTALLY LIFETIME NATURAL guy of normal height and bone structure, a 250lb. juicer would be in a different league or at least should be but i believe in Stuart McRoberts poundage and bodyweight goals for a lifetime natural, 300lb. bench, 450lb. squat, 500lb. deadlift, 175 for 6 full reps on seated shoulder presses and 195lb. bodyweight at average height and relatively lean are good goals.
