----to be honest when I saw some of your offseason pics from musclemag or something like that--I said to myself "this dude looks terrible, he has a horrible structure"----but after seeing ur comp pics I had to eat those words----you look incredible--like a completely different person---I thought you would have mad distention etc....------but your waist is tight as hell and u have a very asthectic structure--

Thanks buddy! I takes a big man to admit when he is wrong! Props!! Ya my offseason I tend to enjoy food to much. and being only 5'6" I can pack it on. I lose my lines and my gut can get big! But I start dieting far out and so far have had to doing any cardo before shows!

TJ, I'm jealous as I would love to have a total gym in my house....unfortunately we don't have basements here in Florida...In you front double bi shot....what machine is that on your left side....metal deck with some sort of shin pad.....
