Yeah, his posing needs some work. He looks too stiff and mechanical, almost like he's uncomfortable on stage.

Just improve that aspect and nail his conditioning, there should be no stopping him next time.

That to, but not lean enough before he loaded, stay off the scales and lose another ten pounds and get loading right and he's top 6 and pushing top 3 probably needs another 10lbs of muscle to really give winning it a nudge, no insult he has the genetics to compete successfully on that level, but needs a few more years to improve muscle maturity and get his prep right.

We have big ro saying diuretics might have made him flat a bit which I interpret as him saying he should not have done this amount of diuretics,

then a few others saying he came in a bit watery not drawing out enough water, which I am interpreting he could have used slightly more diuretics.

then Disgusted (who I respect the most out of all getbiggers and love to pick his brain) made a comment about diuretics messing him up, which I am not sure how he meant it, please elaborate disgusted, much appreciated.

then one more saying maybe more body fat was needed to be taken off.

Those diuretics messed you up from the looks of it.....drew out too much water from your muscles.  I would say to screw that herbal shit and just use the dyazide only.

If you have no one at this point, why not hook up with Jim (Disgusted)? The guy is ridiculously talented at what he does and has gotten many IFBB pros looking sharper than ever.

Either way, I think you looked pretty good, but with better handling of diuretics during your next showing, you could take it all.

I do my own diet and contest prep, not saying its best this way but havent been able to afford a prep coach, also would have to be very friendly with them as I am quite independent.

For doing it yourself, you're doing a pretty damn good job.

You've got pro genetics, which is really one of the biggest parts of the puzzle, now it's only a matter of getting last minute details in check.
