Nilivar was out a couple years before d-boll. Pearl built his entire physique on it. He was all drugs.  A slim man naturally.  And a wee liar who claims natural status even though his early books clearly boast of his 50lb gain in 3 months in 1956 on Nilivar.

Whatever he did or didn't use apparently hasn't shortened Pearl's life. Pearl is 90 years old and still living the life.
