Go to the gym do a reasonable amount of sets with a reasonable amount of reps and a reasonable amount of weight with a reasonable amount of rest between sets. If you want to get big take drugs if you want to get even bigger take more.  :D

Im gona get up to 300 in 2 weeks then come down, i probly have 40 lbs on groink right now...........after i load up and walk in gym aint no way he gona be able to hang..........my strength is thru the roof like a A50 bomber takin out the whole block!

put on 15lbs in 2 weeks and then cut 40lbs

why not just skip the 15lbs adding and only have to cut 25lbs?

Yes, i do this now all the time.

I had to force out all the garbage of "warming up" with 4-5sets as to build up to your heaviest.

It's illogical to exhaust yourself in order to lift heavy.
