She's also amazing without the muscle, simply for the person she is.
Isolating the lateral head is only mentally hard (lactic acid of peace).
Esp black people are born with round & thick shoulder caps, and training them makes them even better...

Depends on your form and structure, but I see more and more guys performing partial lateral raises.
The incline lateral raise (slow/light weight) has become a staple in my delt workouts.
