Lat pulldown - 3x12
Db side raises - 3x10-12
Tricep v-bar pushdowns - 3x12-15
Barbell curls - 3x10-15
1 leg calf raises - 3x12-20

50 pushups to start
then I alternated between 30 tricep pushdowns and 1 minute on speedbag  8 times for yes 240 pushdowns lol, my poor tris

then I did 100 crunches, 100 knee ups, a pile of planks
gonna do Assault Bike this afternoon if soul crusher gives me the go ahead to go from every other day on it to 2 days on 1 off

8 sets face pulls stack plus 45 pause each rep at face

8 sets cable rear delt

5 sets cable front raise

5 sets cable laterals

8 sets cable shrugs

5 sets reverse grip wrist curls

5 sets cable wrist curls

I am normally training 4 days a week with Wed. and the weekends as rest days.

Well it`s been colder here than a withes tit in a brass bra......BUT I may train Sat. and Sun.(this weekend) as the weather will be in the 50`s.....and my normal training days call for snow on Mon. and Tues. of next week in the mid 20`s !!

WEIRD.


Anyway I love to train,but I hate driving in snow, so I will probably train over the weekend.
