Lionel ready for the conformation round. Today after a few good meal and pulling more water Lionel is ready to show that we are on the right track and that he is improving every day for the 6 days we had. Top 3 will qualify him with enough points for the Mr Olympia in 6 weeks and I can promise you all a much improved never seen before Lionel Beyeke by September 28th. Welcome to Team Menace!!

I hate the rare mirrors with bright white light, where I look fat and flat.   The one in the handicapped stall at the gym makes me look stellar.

Saw him in Tampa the week before last/had the best genetics on stage!  (just gotta dial it in/come in shredded)
