Yes, we need the same great kind of great game that Superbowl XL was.  Excellent officiating!

so if the review booth isnt replacement...how the fuk do they miss that??? or was that a review they cant over turn???

They said the reviewers weren't allowed to determine possession, only decide whether players were in bounds. Worst call I've ever seen.

Going back a, few weeks, speaking of the Steelers....Phil Simms showed play after play of Steelers DBs flat out tackling Jets receivers well after 5 yards Downfield, and said "it's, no wonder the Jet offense is struggling, if the other team can, tackle your receivers" and this was before there was the huge uproar there is now....the officiating this year is ruining the games.

As I just stated above, a friend of mine, that is a die-hard fan and former player, told me that in a case where both players have hands on the ball, its called a tie-ball and goes in favor of the reciever.

I would like to know if anyone else has heard this.

Yes, but they were battling for possession on the way down. Remember, its not who touches the ball first.

espn commentators all agree, it was NOT a simultaneous catch.

Packer had it with 2 hands to his chest.  other guy shoved off then had one hand on it.

packer had it.  1 ref knew it.  the other was a groupee to the crowd.  caved.

aaron rodgers was pissed.

The extra-point attempt is, just a taste of what's in store if ths continues. I can see a, coach saYing "fuck this noise" and pulling his team in the middle of a game, or maybe players themsElves after they make a great play and they get screwed by the refs.

Simultaneous possession yes - but not when one player catches the ball and the other grabs it a split second later to try to steal it away.

Who knows.  The only explanation is that booth did not understand the rule about the lack of simultaneous catch.  This was so not a simultaneous catch

Nothing to see here folks.......

Anyway, I sure hope they fix shit with the refs... the bullshit calls and lack of calls tonight was terrible. There was one play where the Packers lineman had the Seahawks defender in a fucking rear naked choke, and no holding call.

Another one that springs to mind was the pass interference call on the Packers defender where he was in front of the reciever, pretty sure that should have been offensive pass interference against us.

They blew last nights game.. The pats / ravens game was a fiasco.
(Kick could have been fair, but the 25 borderline penalties, and the valid missed calls, gonna get someone hurt).

Goodell Castro needs to end this shit..
