I have set up a home gym (bench, squat racks, ab-roller, etc), and I am gearing up for the 07 season.  Guaranteed you have never seen anything like you will see come the 07 Ironman

As we all know there's quite a few young "hardcore" kids @ getbig. Now mind you that i gotta say the leader of the "fanny pack" is no other than himself aka "i USED to be in the top 5 before" Shawn Ray. It amazes me how a grownass man doesnt contribute ANYTHING positive to getbig other than constantly writing goofy-nonsense-immature comments? And this isnt even towards any other IFBB (i dont like mentioning names), it has nothing to do with how Mr.Shawn Ray makes comments about them.

BUT c'mon on already bro slow down the cool comments a bit and try to be nice for a change?  ::) I mean if this is your sense of humor 24/7 @ getbig?? All i gotta say is WOW guy its really getting too much grow up......

"big Nav" strikes me as the type of young guy who weighs all of 167lbs. at 6 feet yet has posters from Flex magazine totally covering the walls of his bedroom, every supplement known to man on his dresser, a gym membership plus a Sears 110lb. weight set in the bedroom to pump up before school and e-mails every pro bb'er with a website for "training advice" yet is still skinny and weak.
