I was thinking about starting HST but call me an idiot, i honestly can't grasp it from the way the website is put out, i have my 15, 10 and 5 rep maxes all mapped out but if someone could PM me, maybe i could get a dumbed down explanation

Power Clean - 6 Reps         
Bench Press - 6 Reps         
Deadlift - 6 Reps         
Db Shoulder Combo - 6 Reps         
Shrugs - 10 Reps         


Workout #2

EXERCISE  Set #1  Set #2  Set #3  Set #4 
Dumbbell Bench Press - 6 Reps         
Bent-over Rows - 6 Reps         
Shoulder Press (militar) - 6 Reps         
High Pulls - 6 Reps         
Tricep Dips - failure Reps         


Workout #3

EXERCISE  Set #1  Set #2  Set #3  Set #4 
Squat - 6 Reps         
Push Press - 6 Reps         
Bent-over Rows - 6 Reps         
High Pulls - 6 Reps         
Chin-ups - failure Reps


Peaking at 45 !!!

Try the routine I'm on right now (See training 4 times a week thread), I believe its similar to HST, and I like it so far (I'm getting results, and thats all that matters !!! )

P.S. Interesting name  :D

Have you gone through a decondition?  What exercises are you going to do?  Using the on line calculator is helpful and by playing around with it, the program might make more sense.
