Wow - I’m registered. Finally! Four damn days!
Hi everyone! I found getbig.com by accident, but I just had to join. I’ve been working out for almost a year now, so I already know pretty much all there is to know bodybuilding-wise; but if anyone has a theory or two they wanna bounce off me, I’m here to listen.
By the same token, you guys feel free to ask me anything. Anything at all!

Ah, methinks my Stateside friends aren’t taking me entirely seriously… I’ve discovered already that this is the board where egos come to die!
Okay, joking aside; I’ll let you folks in on a little secret of mine. Real bodybuilding success comes quite literally from within.
What do I mean? Simple - you must drink urine. I’m not kidding. Imbibing one’s own liquid 'waste' will increase muscular hypertrophy - but only in conjunction with a regular weight-resistance exercise programme, and of course good nutrition, with the emphasis on high-grade proteins.
Not wishing to baffle or bore anyone with scientific minutiae, suffice it to say that in a healthy adult, urine retains valuable nutrients, which would otherwise go to waste, literally down the toilet!
Also, for steroid users, around half of all testosterone injected or ingested, instead of being utilised for muscle growth, is expelled in the urine.
Of course, people in general aren’t ready to buy the notion of drinking pee. I lost a great job at a gym for passing (pardon the pun!) on this particular titbit to several members. Instead of thanking me for sharing my wisdom, people liked to gossip and giggle, tell tales. However, these sceptics will never possess the 14.5-inch guns that I do. Serves them right. Whiners ain’t winners!
I won’t lie to you, drinking urine isn’t pleasant. It’s always warm and tastes quite bad, especially if you don’t get it down your neck straightaway. Do NOT refrigerate - you will only destroy the active ingredients. The best you can do is to dilute with strong-flavoured fruit juice. Do NOT use milk, it will curdle instantly.
And there you have it - bodybuilding’s best-worst-kept secret!

Unbelieveable. I offer advice on this big ol' up-itself site, on a forum entitled Positive Bodybuilding Discussion and Talk, and no-one wants to talk!
Yet in the Religious forum, I get seventy-plus replies to a silly post entitled Religion is Horseshit!!!!
Is that a reflection of what's important to you Yanks?
