King will not be there. I spoke to Goerge a lot at the Pittsburgh show and he's a great guy. All this stuff with him and King is in the past as far as they are concerned, but feel free to post some pics of the infamous elbow brawl.

Keystone Classic will be on Saturday, May 26th at the Stabler Arena at Lehigh University, 124 Goodman Drive, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. It should be an exciting show, first place is $20,000, second place is $10,000, third place is $5,000, fourth place is $3,000 and 5th place is $2,000, and a chance to qualify for the 2007 Mr. Olympia.

I can't believe that I used to have these stash

! I look like the limo driver from Adam Sandler's movie!! Anyway, if any of you coming to the Keystone show, I would love to shake their hand and chat. I should be there sometimes on Friday morning so stop by and say hello if you see me. I think that should be an intresting show. I know I'm bringing my all time best condition and hopefully my body will do the talking! BTW, have any of you tried the new Pro Complex protein? If you haven't, you're really missing big. I think switching to this protein have helped me put on some serious muscles and not to mention no bloating or mess like the other protein out there!! The taste it's also an amazing one.
