Case is dead in the water, nothing to see here, move on.

If the case were dead, as you suggest, there would be no reason for Trump to appeal Fanny Willis remaining on the case. Think about it. :)

Another one bites the dust.  This one isn't going to trial before November either.

Now that won't go to trial at all. If he wins or loses the election that will end all of this.

You are correct. It appears Trump's tactic of delaying court proceedings for as long as possible is working again. It will be interesting to see what happens once the election is over. If Trump wins, whichever charges have not been resolved, they likely will be soon after the election... possibly by being permanently suspended. If he ends up being found guilty, there is speculation as to whether he can pardon himself if he is elected President. I seriously doubt this could happen, but some say even if he is convicted ahead of the election, he may still be able to serve as president – perhaps even from prison.

His tactic of filing legitimate appeals in this partisan lawfare led by his chief political opponent is causing delays.  Good.  You're not going to spend any time looking into the merits of his appeals, because you like most leftists want him to be convicted of something and jailed before November.

If he is elected in November, the federal cases are going away, because his DOJ will not continue to prosecute those cases.  The New York case will be resolved, one way or the other, before November, subject to any appeal after he is convicted.  The Georgia case may wither and die if Willis gets disqualified, because the new prosecutor may not want to pursue that ridiculous case.  Even if they do, it will be paused if Trump is elected.
