Oh, I'm here too. A lot of the non-Cook Counties are actually pretty well run, especially Will, DuPage, some to the north of Chicago and more out West. But Chicago and Cook have the state by the balls and Michael Madigan runs the show.

A shame, too, because there are plenty of redeemable qualities in Illinois.
