leg workout with leg extentions? im gonna give it a shot tomorrow. im working all night and don't feel like getting under the squat rack initially. im thinking about extentions and curls first then either leg presses then hack squats to finish.

You should call up some college sluts that you remember from back in the day, and invite them to stop by your job and say hi. Then, after work, take them to Dennys and back to your place, and skip leg day.

Of course. Nothing wrong with starting w/extensions. If I were you, I'd superset leg extensions w/leg curls. Try 4 sets, 15 reps ext, 15 leg curls.

Does Bowflex have a leg extension attachment?

240 that sound alot better than sweating a leg w/o after working all night, maybey ai can find a couple of nurses on the foor to fly with.

I always start my legs w/ them. I figure they are the safest way to warm up the legs.

i do most of the time squat first, but with working all night i can't gauge how i feel in the morning. i went in the gym this am after a all night shift pullied my i pod and the battery was extremely low and i was extremely tired, so i just went the hell home and slept for 10 hrs.
this morning im gonna crush it, i just want to start my leg work out differently. maybey i should get some whores kick my wife out the house and go buck wild instead

yeah get a good pump first with extension then squats, then hacks, then back to extenions to burn it out.
often times you feel the quads working more after getting soem blood in them before squats, elsewise your ass tends to take most of the work, and you get a big ass.
