If one is serious about it you can learn everything there is to know about training in less than a week; you can learn all about nutrition in less than a month. Buying magazines with glossy photos of bulging muscles, watching muscle videos, and attending body building shows and expos, for years on end, is not going to improve your physique... But it will give you schmoe satisfaction. ::)

true but its also to stay motivated to get to the gym, most guys here are straight as it can be. i know you love to see it the opposite.
