Lol!!! No, but Onemorerep promised to make my life on getbig hell. He will either merge or erase any thread I make.

So I won't bother for awhile.

I'd rather have daily cooking threads by Sev than Daily Analogic halo-threads, Weekly Melvin Goodrum-threads and Monthly visits by Shawn Ray.

Then make a diet thread. You can add to it each day if you like.

Its just stupid to make a thread everyday on what you are cooking.

When Shitzo is making more sense then you, you might need to rethink your approach lol.

Yes, plus an avocado and 20g of olive oil.

100g carbs, 1kg of filet mignon, 500g brocoli and an avocado plus the olive oil

Do you count the broccoli toward you 100g carb count? The avocado?

Damn, that's low. Do you have refeed/cheat meals every now and then?
No "refeed" meals... diet is math.. cheating is for people who cannot diet. No cheat meals ... don't need them.

Low? I actually think it's plenty... I have been on this exact diet for a while now

I do add all the trace carbs .. I know what I eat to a single gram.

What are the chances that the getbiggers who do not work out or ever dieted to be angered by my daily diet? hahaha.. priceless

This is bodybuilding: diet, diet, diet. When you master it, you start looking like a bodybuilder. Same goes for the science of training, the science of anabolics and the art of posing.

Bodybuilding is a tri-dimensional art where a genius expresses the Self through self-sculpture if I may use a term where one could identify ITSelf with the body. I consider myself such an artist.

I got so tired of the horrid uninteresting threads started by the non-bodybuilding idiots that I took it upon myself toi inject this forum with a dose of "bodybuilding"...my style

On a funny note: here's "american cofee" here .. an expresso where you add hot water hahahaha.. WTF???

500g of Broccoli and an Avocado doesn't equate to 100g carbs. What else are you eating today that isn't pictured? Or is it oats in the other pot?

Well low for me. It's about 1/6th of the carbs I consume -LOL- and I still have veins on my lower abs. It depends factors like lean mass, activity level, cycle, age, training, etc...
It's plenty, as long as you maintain your lean mass. With 100 grams for weeks I would end like DramaJane181  ;D
