I do add all the trace carbs .. I know what I eat to a single gram.

Well low for me. It's about 1/6th of the carbs I consume -LOL- and I still have veins on my lower abs. It depends factors like lean mass, activity level, cycle, age, training, etc...It's plenty, as long as you maintain your lean mass. With 100 grams for weeks I would end like DramaJane181
