Growth-Here's a shot I took today. I am openly declaring my physique is currently better than "no one." Like I mentioned before, if he decides to man up and stop being a shit talking pussy and post his current physique, then we can let the community decide. I noticed he has started multiple threads calling people out, but when he himself gets called out (after attacking me completely unprovoked, mind you), he bows down like a little pussy. I didn't read his replies, but I noticed he replied a bunch more times (indicating how upset he is) but still will not man up and post his pic.

Bottom line is you have guys like Tbombz who don't know the difference between real muscle tissue develped through anabolics vs fullness/water retention that GH and slin give you. No One does not use insulin and uses very low doses of GH, doesn't abuse it and relies on anabolics for the most part. Gh and slin- of course Those will make your measurements bigger, but it's not real muscle. Ask bulsemo his arms on a heavy gh slin protocol got over 19 inches....it was fullness though that created the SIZE, and it dissapeared shortly after he went off of it. Cause it wasn't real muscle :D the funny part if that you guys really think that when gh15 uses this "fake muscle" and "blow up marshmellow" that he's talking out of his ass when he speaks about today's current guys, but he really means it....it just looks wierd. I agree about everything else too, the muscle quality difference is night and day, it's easy to tell the paths that people hav taken to build their physiques.

This is very true. I have pictures of myself both geared and natty at various different weights. You can't hardly tell the difference just going by pics. If you are tight and in shape, your structure is gonna look about the same.

This was in late 09 when my entire life was bodybuilding. 45 mins cardio every morning and every night. Crazy high tren. Somewhat high test. And continued use of high dose Zambons. Also, a shot or two of NPP during the week to help with the joint pain.
I competed in a high level show. After than year, I received my dream job and my life drastically changed. Bodybuilding took not just a backseat, but more like shoved in the trunk for a few years.

However, I agree with "no one". I would have killed to been on stage with his physique. A pretty well known bodybuilder nowadays competed in that show and backstage we sulked together on how unfortunate we were that after all of our hardwork, we still couldn't look as good as the poodle "no one."

a close up pic of another "09 shot" you will have saved somewhere, that shows the same genetic vein structure as you recent shots, will be just as good. I made an absolutely delectable Heavenly Gone with the Wind Pie the other day and yesterday I made a New York Style Pizza dough that is currently under cold fermentation and will be brought out in about four more days for its unveiling. I plan on frying a chicken later today after a brine in Sweet Hot Sauce for a Memphis Style along with Mayonnaise based Coleslaw from the new Kitchenaid Processor I just purchased. The motor on it is massive and it looks rather proud on my countertop next to my other processor which is a near twin, minus the extra 4 cup Chef`s Bowl.
Tomato seedling are going to be started shortly along with Peppers and Cucumbers. If I can manage to keep enough deer at bay I will also have nearly a quarter mile of corn.

Also I recommend the Morning Glory muffins that I baked four days ago. The secret being extruding the pineapple juice and apple juice from a Granny Smith and then cooking it down for an intense fruity flavor. Once the water is gone, you end up with a sweet nectar that provides the flavoring and moistness to the muffin. Also, toasting the walnuts and coconut and then making a walnut-coconut flour out of them in the processor is the other secret which lends the tropical flavor and smooth note they posses. Round that out with Fat Raisins (Golden Raisins plumped up with Jack Daniels) and you have a real winner.
A lot of work for 12 muffins, but so very worth it.
